CONFLICT MANAGMENT COACHING

Conflict Managment Coaching is a specialist field within the executive and wider coaching disciplines. The aim is to enable individuals to manage conflict and disputes in their environment. It is used to support people engaged in all forms of dispute resolution, be it mediation, negotiation or litigation.

As a conflict managment coach, I work to impart skills that can be deployed in the workplace and throughout life. It’s about framing the problem in such a way that makes the solution easier to find, allowing the Coachee to move forward.

I am licensed to use the Cinnie Noble Conflict Coaching model as part of a fully-integrated Conflict Management process, to include grievance/disciplinary handling, Investigation ,Ombuds procedure and Mediation(ADR).
