Paul is currently HR Director with the Bon Secours Private Hospital in Cork. He has held Director, Country HR leader and Senior Executive roles in large organisations such as GE Healthcare, Dell and Elan. Paul is also a former IBEC Regional director with vast experience of Industrial/Employee Relations, organisational change and of conflict management.
A graduate of NUI Galway, London School of Economics and Irish Management Institute, Paul is also a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel & Development, accredited workplace mediator and qualified conflict coach.
